Our open-ended architecture makes our solutions simple-to-use and affordable for a wide range of call contact center and contact management applications. Radius Solutions (formerly ACCESS!) innovations include the first PC LAN based dialer, the first cross-platform real-time integrated dialer for collectors and the Radius Cell Manager Solution.
Experienced. Radius Solutions is a privately owned company with the goal to continually strive to innovate and perfect our software to meet the needs of our clients. To this end we have an in-house software development team and technical staff who have combined to successfully install over 500 sites. Along the way they have gained a high degree of technical expertise and practical experience resulting in a well thought out products that have been implemented seamlessly with the wide array of custom software utilized by our clients.

The Radius Solutions User Group is the driving force in providing direction to our continuing development efforts and assuring a dynamic, user-oriented focus to the company. Industries represented include collections, hospitals, fund raising, home improvements, mortgage lending, software marketing and many others. With direct input from this group, Radius Solutions developed and delivered the Radius Cell Manager Solution, unique combination of technology and services to address our client’s need to overcome the operational challenges presented by the growth in cell phone usage, fewer households with land lines and TCPA restrictions.

One of the Radius Solutions cornerstones allowing us to secure such a strong foothold in the financial and CRM industries is the development of Radius Solutions’ president - Mark Love, a long-time veteran of the collections industry and served on the executive committee of the California Collection Association continues to enthusiastically establish and maintain strategic partnerships with software vendors specializing in the call center industry, including CSS Impact, Central Credit, Columbia Ultimate, Latitude Software, Accelerated Data and others to ensure that Radius Solutions provide clients with the greatest value proposition in the marketplace.
