Radius Cell Manager
For more than 20 years, Radius Solutions has pioneered and perfected a variety of communication software products, services and solutions, including: the first PC LAN based dialer, the first cross-platform real-time integrated dialer for collectors and NOW ---- the Radius Cell Manager.
Our world has changed over the last 10 years --- Cell phone growth from 2005 – 2010 has been over 46% while at the same time the growth in cell phone only households … those households who have disconnected their home phone has increased by 217%!
The result - 85% of people in the US now have a cell phone and 25% all homes in the US cannot be reached on a land line anymore. There are almost as many cell phone subscriptions in our country as there are human beings.
Radius Solutions has developed the Radius Cell Manager to assist its customers in achieving Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance while efficiently calling cellular phone numbers.
The Radius Cell Manager Solution includes three essential components: our innovative and unique in the marketplace:
- Radius Technology,
- our specially trained and skilled transfer agents and
- our experience in leading the collaborative call transfer process that optimizes the utilization of your resources.
These components allow us to effectively apply the Radius Cell Manager Report Database and Call Processor in the following steps:
Step 1: Radius imports a file from you of the customer information needed make a call … at a minimum we will need contact name, cell phone numbers and a client account number to determine that the contact is the Right Party. Additional information can be helpful but is not required.
Included in this first step is Wireless Number Identification Service Processing. This process utilizes the most current list available of phone numbers assigned to wireless providers the “Wireless Block Identifier” to automatically scrub your dialer campaigns. The Radius WNIS application identifies cell phone numbers and tags them for your desired processing. In addition to the Block Identifier file, the Ported Numbers file is used to identify phone numbers converted from a landline to wireless and wireless to a landline. By completing this process, we are ensuring that cell phones are being called appropriately using the Radius Cell Manager process and land lines are called using the appropriate dialing tools.
Step 2: Numbers are made available to transfer agents to dial, sequentially.
The transfer agent dials the number and the technology effectively and quickly filters operator intercepts, answering machines and other non-productive call types. An important benefit of this calling program is that the ANI that you provide to us, is left on every phone that is contacted. One of the significant values of the program are the returned calls to the ANI provided and the money collected during those call backs.
Step 3: When the transfer agent connects to a person, they use the information provided in the import file to verify that they are speaking to the Right Party.
When the Right Party is verified, the transfer agent transfers the call to your most effective client associate, based upon the call transfer procedure defined during the implementation process.
Step 4: The transfer agent and client associate “hand off the call” and disconnects from the call, based upon the call transfer procedure defined during the implementation process.
Step 5: The entire call sequence and disposition is recorded and stored for reporting purposes. At your direction, Radius can store an audio recording of all or just a part of the call.

The key benefit of the Radius Cell Manager program is the CONTACT! First , your ANI or caller ID is left on every cell phone that is contacted through this program… contacts that we understand are impossible to make profitably, today. The most significant value of the program is the inbound calls that are generated from the process and the resulting revenues from those call backs. Of course, the Right Party transfers that are made with each call are an important part of the process, as well, from the perspective of both revenue generation and achieving compliance. The volume of Right Party transfers will depend upon the type of accounts and the quality of the data in the file that we are calling.
The very simple and expeditious implementation process we provide, including preparation and setup can be accomplished in three simple and easy steps:
Step 1 – Which we have started today. We review and understand your business needs and the capabilities of the Radius Cell Manager. Based upon that understanding we define the scope of a program to implement, and execute an agreement between our companies.
Step 2 - You send the customer file (numbers to call and right party verification information) which we scrub and load into the Cell Manager database. We create a call group and set calling schedules. The process can be completed in less than 72 hours.
Step 3 - We introduce the program, train your agents, start the calling and track the recoveries!
Our experience in managing this process and collaborating with our clients allows us to apply industry best practices to transferring the calls to your best agents, for the specific calls that we are handling. Our experience and focused management allow us to add agents quickly and effectively as needed.
