Recording

Radius’ recording system utilizes MS SQL for tracking and retrieval of recording information. The recordings are stored in MP3 format for easy manipulation and wide spread use. In addition to the data stored in the data base, the file naming convention contains the pertinent call information. The data base records contain: record number, date, time of day, number dialed, result code, agent name, and other pertinent information provided in call data. An easy-to-use browser is provided for lookup and tagging of data records.
